An Atlanta-based company, Land Resource Companies developed ten unique waterfront and mountain communities. The company specialized in acquiring, developing and marketing residential communities throughout the Southeast.
As Creative Director of Lakemont Advertising, a full-service marketing and advertising agency and subsidiary of Land Resource Companies, I was responsible for the overall creative operation of the agency and it’s staff. This included branding and design standards of all corporate materials and individual communities including advertising, marketing and web development. Billing was in excess of 10 million dollars. |
